What is my role as a coaching client?

As a coaching client, your role is to: • Create the coaching agenda based on personally meaningful goals • Collaborate with your coach, making your own decisions and taking action • Use the coaching process to promote possibility thinking and fresh perspectives • Engage big-picture thinking and problem-solving skills • Take the tools and concepts provided by your coach and engage in effective forward actions

Do you offer individual sessions?

Yes. All of our professional health and wellness coaches offer one-hour sessions that can be purchased individually with no further commitment. Packages are available at a discounted rate for clients interested in working with a coach for three months or longer.
